Update for Victoria Secret that is sorted out by tulip store. It came back the second year more stunning than the first year. Strange but a nice surprise.
I am reviewing for the Victoria Secret that is sorted out by tulip store, for good reasons: very late, very small for a parrot, very weak stems so two out of ten was broken by wind before opening, dispite dense planting together with hundres of other tulips in the same location. For that reason I think you are better off with another mixture.
